Housekeeper, thank you. Rooms are spotless, clean, sanitized and organized. Our company work in the Biochemical Industry (Oil Refinery) and majority of us are from California. So, before we left home we searched for a place that will be more like home. Guess What?!?. This is it!! KENAI RIVER SUITE. Away from home and lived here was the right choice. Even though it was only nine of us (out of 85) that stayed here, we now and the majority of our team members knows that this is where we want to stay (NOT IF) when we come back here in the year 2020. Yes Leslie. Perception goes a long way!!! Your enthusiasm and kindness didn't go unnoticed. Kenai Suites. Well there's alot to say about how this place look like from the inside and out. We're the living testimony of how the place looks and it's worth every single penny. The community. Everything is around you. Shopping centers, grocery store, hospital, post office, restaurants, dining, fish processing, gas station pharmacy, trooper and police station. We got here and we were welcome with open arms and good hearted people. Overall, Kenai River Suite at its BEST!!! NO DRAMAS NO ISSUES. Free Wifi, Laundry facility (free) and the best View (50yds) from your back door and yard. Gazebo you can relax and BBQ. Benches have picnic and your balcony to enjoy the best view: The Kenai River. I'm not a Kenai River Suite salesman but I'll tell you this: I'm not paying or spend any money on some swamp, ghetto, broken and filfy place with bad management. Soldatna AK, KENAI RIVER SUITE is where you want to be at this part of the Penisula.
Thank you for the great hospitality! I would like to start to say I have stayed at many locations due to my job and this hotel,suit has been one of the best ones. Leslie and the staff really took care of myself and my fellow coworkers which I truly appreciate. We stayed there from 4/14/18 to 5/17/18 and every day from coming a long day of hard work I looked forward coming to a nice temporary “home”. Thank you very much !!! Daniel R.
Beautiful river front property. Lots of perks for fishing and processing. They get 4 out of 5 because the house keeping is a little slow to clean rooms and keep up on sheets. Great place to stay and catch lots of salmon. Great river access and friendly staff.
I was a little nervous about booking a room here and, I was so impressed when we arrived. Excellent communication with owner. The place was recently remodeled and stocked with everything you need for a stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Fishing right out back. Great communication for checkin instructions!
Kyle and his wife are great hosts. Rooms are beautifully updated. The river views are great and you’re located close to local restaurants. Check out Wednesday in the park every week in the summer. It’s walking distance!
Fabulous. Enough said! This was the perfect spot for my husband, 21 year old son and I to land. They are both avid fishermen, and my son is a fly fishing guide at home in Colorado. This was the perfect spot for me to fish with them, then relax, cook dinner and read my book while they kept fishing! We utilized their vacuum sealing and freezer storage for our plethora of sockeye salmon and are flying home with a Yeti cooler full of fresh, wild caught Alaskan salmon! Our unit wasn't fancy, but it was more than what we needed. All told, Kenai River Suites is one hell of a bang for your buck in the Kenai Peninsula!
Truly the greatest staff and an amazing location. The owner Kyle took the time and effort to help us fish at 10:30 at night not only showing us how to do it but also gutting and filleting the fish so we could take it home. We are not even the biggest fishing family but Kyle showed us how to make it fun and we could have spent days in that river. If you’re looking for a beautiful and peaceful getaway I highly recommend checking this place out.
Very nice place! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The lady who runs it was super nice and really easy to deal with. Great view and easy access to the river. It was also quiet (didn't hear the neighbors, or noise from the road). I would definitely recommend this place!
